Warranty & Returns
The manufacturer's limited warranty is 12 months from the date of purchase, with the customers original proof of purchase (Required), allowing for repair or replacement. It does not start from the day of installation. We do not warranty items purchased through private party sales or auctions as these are not authorized dealers. Additionally, we provide a 30-day money-back policy on all unopened or non-damaged product when purchased through Baton Labs. There will be a 15% restocking fee; shipping is non-refundable. International, customs and other fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RGA NUMBER in order to be accepted. There are no exceptions.

We do not automatically replace or repair a unit if it is found to be abused, misused by the user, working properly or out of warranty.
Once a RGA is approved and a number is processed, you will be notified by phone or e-mail. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return.
