Please note that the warranty is 12-months from date of your customer's purchase. By checking the box below, you
understand that we will not automatically replace/repair the unit if it is found
to be abused, misused ,altered by the user, or exceeds the warranty. If you feel any product
is not warrantable, you may have your customer contact us directly for technical
assistance as about 50% of all returned units are not actually defective.

The customer is responsible for shipping freight to BLI.

We do not give credit - only replacements.

Once approved, we will email you an RGA number
back.
